VIT’s graVITas tech fest to begin on September 18

The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will organise its 17 th edition technical festival, graVITas, at its campus in Vellore from September 18.
According to a press release, the three-day techno-management festival will be inaugurated by Md. Alimuzzaman, Deputy High Commissioner of Bangladesh in Chennai, in the presence of G. Viswanathan, founder and Chancellor, VIT; Pawan Vadapalli, corporate vice-president and global head of Digital Business Services at HCLTech, and Prince Jayakumar, executive vice-president and global head of Talent Acquisition at HCLTech,
The fest will feature a total of 227 events, with more than 40,000 students expected to participate. Of these, 76 events were already conducted, while the remaining 151 will be held during graVITas.
