CEBU CITY, Philippines – September 3, 2026 — Visayan Electric has alerted consumers across its franchise area of potential rotational power interruptions today following the declaration of Red and Yellow Grid Alerts across the Visayas grid due to a 792-megawatt (MW) generation shortfall.
