Visakhapatnam Port Authority marks International Clean Air day with major green initiatives

The Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) observed the International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies on Monday with a series of environmental initiatives aimed at combating air pollution in the port city.
An awareness rally along Beach Road was organised under the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board’s Swachh Vayu Diwas programme.
The rally was jointly inaugurated by APPCB Chairman P. Krishnaiah, GVMC Commissioner Ketan Garg, VPA Chairperson J.S. Bindra, and Deputy Chairperson Roshni Aparanji Korati.
