Vietnam congratulates Cuba on 73rd anniversary of Moncada Barracks attack
Vietnamese leadership sent congratulatory messages to their Cuban counterparts on the 73rd anniversary of the Moncada Barracks attack. The event is celebrated in Cuba as the start of the revolution and a symbol of national sovereignty.

(Photo: TripAdvisor) According to Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Party General Secretary and State President To Lam sent a congratulatory message to Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of Cuba.
Prime Minister Le Minh Hung extended congratulations to Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz, while National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man sent greetings to Esteban Lazo Hernández, President of Cuba's National Assembly of People's Power.
On the same occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung also sent a congratulatory message to Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla.
