A video of motivational speaker Karangu Muraya opening up about his brother Kagema Muraya's health battle has resurfaced and gone viral following Kagema Muraya's tragic death .

He said the house manager called him to report that Kagema had collapsed and was in a critical state.

Kagema was initially rushed to a hospital in Ruiru before being transferred to another facility when his condition showed no signs of improving.
