Norma Dumont vs. Ailin Perez was elevated to the co-main event of Saturday’s UFC Vegas 121 at the Meta APEX, and the bantamweight contenders continued their pre-fight verbal war at the staredown.
Dumont and Perez made weight Friday morning, and moments later, stood face to face in front of the cameras for the final time, both carrying their country’s flags. When Perez did her traditional twerk, Dumont threw condoms at her.
“You need this,” Dumont said with a smile.
While Perez was picking it up on the floor, Dumont threw money at her.
“You pay whore with money,” Dumont said. “Take it, it’s yours.”
