The release of the Telugu film 'Aadarsha Kutumbam - AK 47,' starring Venkatesh Daggubati, has been postponed due to post-production delays. Producers are currently seeking a new release date to ensure the film meets quality standards.
Why it matters
The delay impacts the competitive landscape of the Telugu film industry during the high-stakes Dasara festival season.
Aadarsha Kutumbam - House No. 47 , written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas and led by actor Venkatesh Daggubati, was expected to release in theatres on October 9, in time for the Dasara season. However, speculation was rife in industry circles and on social media about an imminent delay.
On Monday, producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi confirmed at a media gathering in Hyderabad that the team is looking at a new release date, owing to a delay in post-production. The Telugu film, which also stars Srinidhi Shetty , Nara Rohith and Nivetha Pethuraj, is produced by Haarika & Hassine Creations.
