All Mahalakshmi temples in Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts wore a festive look from early hours of Friday of auspicious Sravanam with the performance of Varalakshmi Vratam and other pujas on the auspicious occasion.

Ishwarya Venkateswara Sameta Ashtalakshmi temple located at Ayyannapeta of Vizianagaram has witnessed huge rush of devotees on the auspicious day. The temple trustees Durga Balaji, Durga Umadevi and others made elaborate arrangements for the performance of Varalakshmi Vratam.

Sri Kanyakaparameswari temple, Mahalakshmi temple located in Jagannath Swamy temple of Vizianagaram, Cheepurupalli Mahalakshmi temple, Kammasigadam Mahalakshmi temple of Ranasthalam mandal, Ashtalakshmi temple of P.N. Colony of Srikakulam also witnessed lot of celestial activities including Kumkum puja and Ksheerabhisekham.
