UPDATE 1724 GMT: The Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Mohammad Bagher Zolghadr, has amplified Iran’s conditions for reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said earlier that the conditions must be met even if Iran and Oman reach an agreement on management of the waterway (see 1412 GMT).
