Urvashi and Jagadish reunite after three decades for ‘Room No 9’

The iconic duo of Urvashi and Jagadish are set to reunite as lead actors after three decades for Room No: 9 , a film written and directed by debutant filmmaker Jay Mohan. Produced by Vilas Kumar under the banner of Cinematic Dreams, the film’s first look was released by the makers on Thursday (October 1).
Urvashi and Jagadish have been part of numerous memorable collaborations in the ‘90s, including Sthreedhanam (1993), Simhavalan Menon (1995), and Bharya (1994), among others.
The poster features Urvashi descending the stairs and Jagadish climbing up the staircase, suggesting the film is a drama or a thriller.
Room No: 9 ’s cinematography is handled by Faisal Ali, with Ranjan Abraham as the editor and Kailas Menon and Sankar Sharma as the composers. More details about the film, expected to hit the screens this year, are yet to be revealed.
