Urban Company has sued Kent RO Systems in the Delhi High Court, alleging that the company ran misleading advertisements targeting its Native water purifiers. The case was heard on August 12, 2026, following Urban Company’s petition filed on August 11. In the filing, submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and signed by Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Sonali Singh, Urban Company said it filed a defamation and disparagement suit against Kent RO in the Delhi High Court on August 11, 2026.
