Updated: One fatality confirmed in Prince George Foothills plane crash
A Beech King Air 200 aircraft made an emergency landing on a road in Prince George, British Columbia, resulting in one fatality in a vehicle struck by the plane. Authorities have closed the road and the Transportation Safety Board is launching an investigation into the crash.

The Prince George RCMP has confirmed a fatality after a Beech King Air 200 made an emergency landing on Foothills Boulevard near Highland Drive (about 1.5 kilometres north of North Nechako Road) today. (Thursday)
Mounties were advised of the plane crash at around 2:20 this afternoon.
When they arrived, police determined two vehicles were also involved.
Police confirmed the fatality was an occupant of one of the vehicles.
RCMP say any potential injuries to the other vehicle occupants, as well as those on board the plane are currently unknown.
