The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has given the green light to 10 new real estate projects spread across four districts, with a combined investment of Rs 1,278 crore, according to an official statement issued Thursday.The approvals came at a meeting chaired by UP RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy, and the projects are set to add around 4,498 residential and commercial units in Lucknow, Noida, Agra and Ghaziabad.District-wise breakdownLucknow led both in project count and unit numbers, with six approved projects worth Rs 438.29 crore. These include five residential developments and one mixed-use project, together accounting for 2,284 units.Gautam Buddha Nagar topped the investment chart despite fewer projects, with two commercial developments worth Rs 496.27 crore cleared.
