AGRA: The police in Uttar Pradesh's Agra district have arrested a man after he allegedly stalked, physically assaulted, and stabbed a 19-year-old woman in the neck and back after she rejected his romantic advances.According to the details, the incident happened on Sept 9, at around 10.30am when the woman was out on a scooter to her work.The accused was arrested on September 10.As she reached the city's Shastripuram area, the accused, Omkar, intercepted her on a motorbike and demanded she go with him.When the woman refused, Omkar allegedly removed her scooter keys.As she took out her mobile phone to call her family for help, he snatched the device, threw her to the ground, and repeatedly kicked and punched her, police said.
