UOL’s Miyawaki Forest inaugurated

LAHORE - The University of Lahore (UOL) has taken another significant step in advancing its sustainability agenda through the inauguration of the UOL Miyawaki Forest and the signing of a Strategic Partnership Framework with the Environmental Protection & Climate Change Department (EP&CCD), Government of Punjab. The green initiative was inaugurated by Ms Silwat Saeed, Secretary, EP&CCD, Government of Punjab, who attended the ceremony as chief guest. The event underscored the importance of collaborative action among universities, government institutions, researchers, and communities in addressing the growing challenges of climate change and environmental degradation.
