UNITD Living Space Signs ₹128 Crore MoU with TN Government for Upcoming IT Project in Coimbatore

Reputed Coimbatore based Real Estate Developer UNITD Living Space has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu for its upcoming IT Project at Chinnavedampatti, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth and diversification journey.

The proposed project will involve an investment of approximately ₹128 Crore and is expected to create more than 2000 work spaces, further contributing to Coimbatore’s rapidly expanding technology and business ecosystem. Coimbatore region in recent times has been clocking a spectacular growth in Engineering, IT, Foundry and Textile verticals and several IT companies have been making a bee line to the city.

The company expressed its gratitude to the Government of Tamil Nadu and the Hon’ble Chief Minister Thiru C. Joseph Vijay for their encouragement and support for investments that strengthen the State’s technology and employment ecosystem.
