Union Home Minister Amit Shah to inaugurate KLE JGMM medical college building, 1,200-bed hospital in Hubballi
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate the new academic building of the KLE Jagadguru Gangadhar Mahaswamigalu Moorusavirmath Medical College (JGMMMC) and the 1,200-bed KLE Hospital and Medical Research Centre (HMRC) at Gabbur in Hubballi on Saturday.
Addressing presspersons in Hubballi on Wednesday, Chairman Emeritus of the Karnatak Lingayat Education Society (KLE) and Chancellor of KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER), Belagavi, Prabhakar Kore said that the integrated academic medical campus, built on land generously donated by Sir Gangadhara Rajayogindra Swami of Moorusavir Mutt, is spread over 50 acres and developed at an estimated cost of ₹700 crore, with a built-up area of over 30 lakh sq. ft.
