In Perm, Governor Dmitry Makhonin said one person was killed during what he described as a large-scale drone attack. The region is home to a major oil refinery.Oil refinery forced to halt operationsThe Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery in Russia's southern Rostov region was also damaged in the attacks.Governor Yuri Slyusar said around 50 drones were destroyed over the region and the strike forced the refinery to temporarily suspend operations.
