The Location, Location, Location host shared with fans how a birthday tradition this year nearly turned into tragedy when Allsopp slipped on a muddy patch on a steep path on a beach in Devon and had to be airlifted to hospital.
Sharing a selfie of herself in hospital among other photos of the incident, Allsopp told fans that it all started with a quiet birthday celebration on the beach with her family.
