British rapper and YouTube personality Yung Filly has allegedly been busted by WA Police with more than half an ounce of cannabis on him while he was on bail. Just days after a jury convicted the musician, whose real name is Andreas Felipe Valencia Barrientos, of assaulting a fan, he was back on the court list down in Mandurah on serious drug charges. He’s accused of possessing 16.8g of marijuana in Greenfields on May 20. Barrientos was arrested in October last year in relation to allegations he slapped, bit, strangled and raped a 20-year-old fan following a gig at Bar1 Nightclub in Hillarys on September 28, 2024. He didn’t front up to Mandurah Magistrates Court on Tuesday, but his lawyer Ben Jackson phoned in. Mr Jackson explained his client was at the District Court on trial last week and was found guilty of two offences.
