They have been held in Florida since their arrest last month after the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), which prosecutes criminal cases in England and Wales, unveiled 38 charges against them. Both have denied wrongdoing.
The CPS has said the brothers are a "flight-risk", and would attempt to interfere with the witnesses in the case, according to court filings.
The hearing on Thursday will determine whether the brothers will remain in jail for the duration of their court proceedings.
The brothers, who are dual British-US citizens, were arrested in Miami on 19 July.
