Udayagiri wooden cutlery, Etikoppaka toys among 99 ODOP products from Andhra Pradesh, Union Minister tells Lok Sabha
The Indian government has identified 99 products from Andhra Pradesh under the One District-One Product (ODOP) scheme to boost local manufacturing and exports. These include traditional crafts like Udayagiri wooden cutlery and Etikoppaka toys.

About 99 products, including 26 primary, 26 secondary, 21 tertiary, and 26 category products, had been identified from 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh under the One District-One Product (ODOP) scheme, Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jitin Prasada said in response to a question raised by Nellore MP Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy in Lok Sabha on Tuesday.
Mr. Prasada said, “Udayagiri wooden cutlery (primary) and Paturu cotton silk sarees (secondary) have been identified as ODOP products for Nellore district and Etikoppaka lacquerware / wooden toys (primary), palm leaf (secondary) and Payakaraopeta silk sarees (tertiary) have been identified as ODOP products for Anakapalli district.”
