The United Nations' nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), has reported Iran to the Security Council for noncompliance with its nuclear safeguard agreements. This is the first time the organization's board of governors reported Iran to the U.N. Security Council in 20 years.
