U Mumba TT crowned UTT Juniors champion
U Mumba TT defeated Dabang Delhi TTC 5-2 to win the Dream UTT Juniors title. The victory was led by strong performances from Ahona Ray and Somdev Sengupta.

U Mumba TT went one better than last year, defeating Dabang Delhi TTC 5-2 to clinch its maiden Dream UTT Juniors title at the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium.
The triumph was built around the impressive performances of top draft pick Ahona Ray and a promising youngster, Somdev Sengupta. While Somdev gave U Mumba the early momentum with a victory over Himon Mondal, he teamed up with Ahona to win a hard-fought mixed doubles contest to put the team in command. Ahona then completed the job emphatically, brushing aside Sreejani Chakraborty 11-4 in the decisive Girls’ Singles match to seal the title.
