Tyson Fury stopped Mariusz Wach with ease on Friday, in a non-televised warm-up for his long-awaited clash with Anthony Joshua .
Heavyweight star Fury took on the former world-title challenger Wach in an arena in Thailand, one day before Joshua’s bout with Kristian Prenga in Saudi Arabia.
It was an easy night at the office for Fury, who controlled the action for seven rounds, before Wach retired on his stool before the eighth. Although the Polish veteran had his moments, Fury was able to up the ante and stop the fight on his terms.He then said that, if Joshua had been in the ring instead of Wach, “I would have jabbed his head off and chinned him.”
