Tyler Perry has slashed $3.5 million from the asking price of his Wyoming mansion, reducing it from $39.5 million to $36 million. According to Realtor.com, the property was first listed in June. The price cut comes days after the filmmaker reportedly purchased a $30 million mansion in Puerto Rico, as he prepares to spend more time on the island and focus on life with his 11-year-old son, Aman.Inside Tyler Perry’s Wyoming mansionThe Wyoming property, built in 2019, spans 12,050 square feet and features nine bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.
