The couple announced the news live on the Tuesday, Oct. 20 episode of "Dancing with the Stars," when Madden joined "The Bachelorette" alum and his pro partner Sharna Burgess for their performance to Ed Sheeran's "Supermarket Flowers" for Dedication Night.
The moving performance was meant to honor Cameron's late mother, Andrea Cameron, and "mothers everywhere."
Cameron read a letter to his mother on the dance floor, talking about Madden. "She’s going to be the most incredible mama, just like you. And we're gonna have a baby."
"What a way to tell the world you are having a baby," "DWTS" co-host Alfonso Ribeiro proclaimed.
The duo even did a "DWTS" gender reveal on the stage. It's going to be a girl, the pink confetti cannon announced as both Cameron and Madden burst into tears.
