Two teachers from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi chosen for State-level Best Teacher award

Two teachers from the Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts have been selected for the 2026-27 State-level Best Teacher Award. Additionally, several other educators were recognized with district-level awards for their contributions to primary and high school education.

Two teachers from Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts have been selected for the State-level Best Teacher Award for 2026-27.
Ashoka, a teacher at Government Higher Primary School, Hesakuttur, Kundapur taluk, Udupi district, is among 20 primary school teachers selected for the State award.
Roshan Alexander Pinto, Assistant Teacher, Grade II, Carmel High School, Modankaup, Bantwal taluk, Dakshina Kannada, is among 11 high school teachers chosen for the award.
Meanwhile, seven high school teachers from Dakshina Kannada have been chosen for the district-level award.
