Two rowdies externed from Bidar

Bidar Superintendent of Police Pradeep Gunti has ordered the externment of two rowdies said to be involved in matka betting, gambling and sale of ganja. The externment comes as they are considered a threat to public peace and law and order in the district.
The externed rowdies have been identified as Angada Harinath Kamble, a resident of a village under the jurisdiction of Manthal Police in Basavakalyan taluk, and M.D. Sharief Miyan, a resident of Humnabad taluk in Bidar.
According to the police, Kamble has been externed to Raichur district, while Sharief Miyan has been externed to Kolar district.
The police said that Kamble has been collecting money from people in villages and operating matka betting and gambling activities.
