Two people rescued from down a cliff in Auckland's Castor Bay

<p>Rescue teams have retrieved two people who were stuck down a cliff in Auckland's Castor Bay this morning. </p> <p>A police spokesperson said officers were notified of two people at the bottom of a cliff face at Castor Bay just before 5am. </p> <p>"Emergency services attended and located the pair on the rocks," they said. </p> <p>One person was transported to hospital in a serious condition, and the second person was uninjured.</p> <p>Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the report were ongoing, the spokesperson said.
