Emergency services were called to Tura Beach, north of Merimbula, at about 9:30pm on Sunday after reports two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle.
Police said the two men, aged 70 and 55, died after being hit by a white Nissan Dualis SUV while walking along Pacific Way at night.
