Two DMK men arrested in Thanjavur

The Thanjavur East Police have arrested two DMK partymen, based on a complaint lodged by Mahalakshmi, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam Thanjavur Central District Executive Committee member.
According to the police, Ms. Mahalakshmi in her complaint said that on August 4, TVK Women’s Wing of Thanjavur Central District organised a protest demonstration condemning the “derogatory” speech against a woman by the Leader of Opposition and DMK Youth Wing leader Udhayanidhi Stalin on August 3.
