Abbott said the first flood victim is a man in Comfort who was swept away in an RV overnight, and the second victim is another man in Uvalde who was swept away while driving on the road. "So far, there have been two reported deaths because of the flooding. One is a male near Comfort who was swept away in an RV. Another is a male in Uvalde who was swept away while driving on the road.
