Two brothers arrested, over 1 kg stolen gold ornaments recovered in Banjara Hills burglary case

Two brothers were arrested in Hyderabad for stealing over 1 kg of gold ornaments from a jewellery export company. The suspects, one of whom was an employee, were identified via CCTV footage and apprehended by the local police.

Two brothers have been arrested for breaking into a jewellery export company’s office and stealing more than 1 kg of gold ornaments, all of which have been recovered.
The accused were identified as Sonkamble Harish, 29, a sales executive with Guru Krupa Exports Pvt. Ltd., and his younger brother, Sonkamble Akash, 25, an office boy employed at an IT company in Hitec City. Both are residents of Mangalhat, and natives of Bidar district in Karnataka.
The arrests were made by the Commissioner’s Task Force, Jubilee Hills zone, in coordination with the Banjara Hills police. The police recovered stolen gold ornaments weighing 1,028.59 grams from the accused.
