Two Auckland Lotto players win $20 million each in jackpot split
Two lottery players in Auckland, New Zealand, have split a $40 million jackpot, each taking home $20.1 million. This prize is the largest offered in the country so far this year.

Two lucky Auckland Lotto players each won $20.1 million, splitting <a href="https://www.1news.co.nz/2026/07/25/lotto-jackpots-to-40m-tonight-how-it-stacks-up-to-other-big-wins/">Saturday night's $40 million</a> jackpot. The winning tickets were sold at Blockhouse Bay Postshop & Stationers and on MyLotto to a player from Auckland. The winning numbers were 1, 12, 14, 18, 22 and 29. The Bonus Ball was 32 and the Powerball was 8. Prizes are made up of $20 million from Powerball First Division and $111,111 from Lotto First Division. Seven other players took home $111,111 from First Division, with tickets sold in Maungaturoto, Auckland, Hamilton, Taupō, Napier, Wellington and Renwick.
