As part of the ongoing enforcement and based on information received by New Washermenpet Police, personnel conducted surveillance on Sunday evening on Sivan Nagar 3rd Street in New Washermenpet.
Police team caught two persons who were allegedly flying kites using banned manja thread and seized the items. They were subsequently taken into custody and arrested.
