Two arrested for alleged drug peddling
Mangaluru City police have arrested two individuals in separate operations for drug peddling, including an Ayurvedic therapist accused of supplying cannabis to students. Authorities seized significant quantities of cannabis and MDMA during the raids.

In separate incidents, the Mangaluru City police have arrested two persons, including an Ayurvedic therapist from Kerala, for alleged drug peddling.
In a press note, the police said that on Monday, 24-year-old Ashwin Clavier was booked for alleged consumption of cannabis. Clavier told the police that he had procured cannabis from Nitin Krishnan, 27. Krishnan is a native of Kannur district in Kerala and stayed in an apartment at Konchady in Mangaluru. Krishnan is accused of supplying drugs to college students in the city.
