TTD EO urges SVBC to create inspiring devotional content for global audience

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra has instructed the Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel to produce high-quality, inspiring devotional content for a global audience. The channel plans to expand its reach by featuring renowned artists and extending popular programs like 'Mahalakshmi Deepa Puja' to rural areas.
Why it matters
As a major religious media outlet, the channel's content strategy influences the spiritual engagement of millions of devotees worldwide.
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra on Friday (July 24, 2026) directed the officials and creative team of Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC) to generate creative and high-quality content in the form of devotional programmes that inspire devotees across the globe.
During his visit to the SVBC Office along with Joint Executive Officer A. Sharath, who is also the SVBC’s Chief Executive Officer, he reviewed the channel’s daily broadcasts and future programme plans.
“The shrines of Tirumala and Tirupati, Mandapams, Praakarams, sacred Theerthams, sub-shrines and Srivari Prasadams are topics worth consideration,” he said, adding that the programmes should effectively convey the spiritual glory of Tirumala.
