MANILA, Philippines - Three individuals died from the effects of Tropical Storm Kiyapo (international name Noul), said the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) on Sunday.
According to the NDRRMC in its latest situation report, one of the deaths occurred in Davao, while the other two happened in Sarangani.

The NDRRMC, however, said the two deaths in Sarangani are still being validated.
Meanwhile, one other individual is currently listed as "missing" also in Sarangani.
