The athlete reflected on his and Taylor Swift’s New York City wedding on Wednesday’s “New Heights” episode , explaining why Madison Square Garden was the perfect venue for the “magical” nuptials.
“Thank you [to] everyone at MSG that allowed us to do this,” the NFL star, 36, said while chatting with brother and co-host Jason Kelce. “We wanted to do it somewhere where we could have a very intimate and genuine setting without a lot of distractions.”
The Kansas City Chiefs player noted, “We needed it to be a private feel. And MSG went above and beyond to give us that.
“I can’t thank everybody enough that showed up, but also that helped put the show on, and it was a very magical, magical night.”
