'Tragic event': Three people found dead in South Auckland home

<p>An investigation is underway after three people were found dead at a property in South Auckland last night. </p> <p>Police were called to a property on Cambridge Tce in Papatoetoe at around 6.40pm after a person was found dead.</p> <p>"Upon arrival, police have located this person, as well as two additional people within the home who were also pronounced deceased," Detective Inspector Karen Bright said. </p> <p>“While our investigation is in the early stages, we are not currently looking for anyone else in connection to what has occurred."</p> <p><a href="https://www.tvnz.co.nz/player/newsclip/three-people-found-dead-in-south-auckland-home-1" target="_blank"><b>Three people found dead in South Auckland home - Watch on TVNZ+</b></a></p> <p>Police do not believe there is any risk to the wider public. </p> <p>In an update this afternoon, Manukau District Commander Superintendent Shanan Gray confirmed the three who died were family members.
