Tanzanian authorities have rescued 160 human trafficking victims in a special operation conducted between July and February. The Anti-Trafficking in Persons Secretariat is now training law enforcement to better identify and prosecute trafficking networks that exploit vulnerable individuals seeking economic opportunities.
