Share A A A A Toorak businessman accused of benefiting from the alleged deception of multiple landowners in Melbourne’s outer suburbs has been charged with selling hundreds of swords and other prohibited weapons, including one to a child.
Digital marketing expert Kunal Atul Shah is accused of advertising, possessing and selling prohibited weapons, including more than 930 swords, without an exemption from Victoria Police. He is also charged with failing to keep records of the sales, failing to check the identity of his buyers, and selling a sword to a child. He is contesting some of those charges.
