TNSTC establishes a lodge in Kanniyakumari with affordable tariff

The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation’s (TNSTC) Nagercoil Region has established a lodge in Kanniyakumari for stay with affordable tariff.

An official release said Kanniyakumari district, blessed with good number of incredible tourist spots, including Vivekananda Rock Memorial, 133-feet-tall Thiruvalluvar Statue, the glass bridge connecting the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Thiruvalluvar Statue, Bhagavathi Amman Temple, Gandhi and Kamaraj memorials, sunset point etc., all in Kanniyakumari, Vattakottai, Mathur Bridge, Thirparappu Falls, Padmanabhapuram Palace, Soththavilai Beach etc. in various parts of the district, attracts a few thousand tourists everyday and this number crosses even a lakh on holidays.

Hence, the TNSTC, to ensure pleasant stay in Kanniyakumari at affordable tariff, has built a lodge on Kovalam Beach Road from where the tourists can see sunrise, sunset and the beach.
