TNAU begins Ph.D. admissions for 2026-27

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has begun inviting applications for doctoral degree programmes for 2026-27 academic year.
The School of Post Graduate Studies (SPGS) will admit candidates into doctoral degree programmes in 30 disciplines, spanning agriculture, horticulture, agricultural engineering, forestry, agricultural biotechnology, community science, food technology, agribusiness, environmental sciences and other emerging areas of agricultural sciences, a TNAU press release said.
The university will receive applications from eligible candidates through its admission portal (https://admissionsatpgschool.tnau.ac.in/) till October 23.
Those in the final year/final semester of their postgraduate programme are also eligible to apply by uploading mark sheets of all the completed semesters.
Selection of students will be based on the mark secured in the common entrance exam conducted by TNAU, Coimbatore, the press release said.
