NEW DELHI: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday conducted searches at the residence of Trinamool Congress Rajya Sabha MP Nadimul Haque and six other premises across Delhi, West Bengal and Jharkhand. The move comes as part of a money laundering investigation linked to Urdu newspaper Akhbar-E-Mashriq.The searches, which began early Monday, were carried out by the ED's Kolkata zonal office in Kolkata, Delhi and Ranchi in connection with a case against Akhbar-E-Mashriq Pvt Ltd and its director Mohd Nadimul Haque.
