MUMBAI: The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has invited Dr C S Pramesh, director, Tata Memorial Hospital, as the chief guest for its 86th convocation, which will now be held on Aug 22.The convocation, which was originally scheduled for Aug 2, was abruptly postponed two days before the event. The students got an email post midnight announcing the postponement of the event.
