Tiruppur domestic garment exhibition to be held in January

The South India Hosiery Manufacturers Association and the Tirupur Domestic Garments Manufacturers Association are organizing a domestic garment exhibition in January. The event aims to showcase Tirupur's manufacturing capabilities to retail chains, distributors, and corporate buyers.

The South India Hosiery Manufacturers Association (SIHMA) and the Tirupur Domestic Garments Manufacturers Association (TIDGMA) will, in January next year, organise an exhibition of garments made in Tiruppur for the domestic market.
Apart from garments made for exports, Tiruppur produces T-shirts, inner wear, and apparel worth over ₹40,000 crore every year for the Indian market and several leading brands source garments from Tiruppur.
