Tirupati gears up for CREDAI property show from August 7
Tirupati is hosting a major property exhibition organized by CREDAI from August 7 to 9, featuring 52 stalls from real estate developers and allied construction sectors. The event aims to connect prospective buyers with housing finance options and industry experts.
Why it matters
Property shows serve as a key indicator of regional real estate market health and consumer demand for housing infrastructure.
Tirupati is gearing up for what is reportedly the largest property exhibition of the year, conducted by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), at SREE Convention Hall on DBR Hospital road from August 7 to 9.
“The response has been huge this time and all the 52 stalls have been occupied well in advance,” said Tirupati chapter chairman and CREDAI Andhra Pradesh treasurer K. Gopinath.
According to the CREDAI-Tirupati president M. Ramprasad Rao, the response from the members displaying the apartments, open plots, high rise buildings and villas has been encouraging, while the allied sectors of the construction industry such as electrical, sanitaryware, flooring, interior decor, solar panels, tiles, earthing material and others have also shown keen interest.
