S. R. Jaivardhan, a student of Vel’s Vidyalaya School in Kovilpatti, has topped the JEE Advanced exam in southern districts. He secured 121 st position (AIR-121, CRL 721) in the national rank list. Several more students from the school, including Vishal Sudarshan, Aditya, Shankar, Sanjay Prasad, Ganesh, Raghavendar, Santosh and Karthikeyan, have also secured seats in IITs. The students were appreciated by chairman Muthusamy, correspondent M. Nagamuthu, director Vijayarani Nagamuthu, academic director P.V. Swaminathan and chief mentor Savio Louis.
